Returns:

- The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns.
Refunds:

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged.
Exchanges:
