Returns:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must meet the same return requirements as above.

Damaged or Defective Items:
